Here’s my meal prep for the week! Well, sort of. You can’t juice too much in advance, so I just made enough for tomorrow and prepped what veggies and fruits that I could for the next couple days, which basically means a lot of washing, cutting, and peeling. I figure I’ll juice every night for the next day.
I’m not going to solely drink juice—at least not right now. So I figure I’ll eat at least one meal a day, but still mostly vegetable based. I *looove* Mediterranean food and was in luck when I came across this Skinny Tabbouleh recipe on the Reboot website. It’s my first time making it and it was so easy! I encourage you to try it. :)
In case you’re wondering, that’s mean green juice and good morning juice (via nosugarsweetlife’s blog).
